Privacy policy

This policy explains what spaced. (“we”, “us”) collects when you join our waitlist at https://spaced-waitlist.vercel.app, and how we use it. Keep it short: we collect the minimum, we never sell it, and you can leave at any time.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect your name and email address, whether you ticked the marketing consent box, the date and time you signed up, and basic campaign information (for example which link or ad brought you here). We do not collect payment details or precise location.

How we use it

We use your email to confirm you are on the waitlist and to invite you to early access when the app is ready. If you gave marketing consent, we may also send you product news, launch updates and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe with one click in any email, or by writing to hello@get-spaced.com.

Where it is stored

Waitlist contacts are stored in our customer relationship system (GoHighLevel), which we use to send email. Data is transferred and stored using industry-standard encryption. We retain your details until you ask us to delete them, or until the waitlist is closed and the app has launched, whichever is sooner.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under UK/EU GDPR), you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the data we hold about you, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@get-spaced.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies & analytics

This site may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how many people visit and where they come from. We do not use advertising cookies to track you across other websites.
